just 2 weeks away!

Can't believe how fast the year has flown by! Just seems like yesterday that we were getting ready for our 6 weeks of holiday in India. Sigh... Anyways, the decorations are almost done and the tree is up. Its no surprise really that I will go for a black and white theme!!

The last couple of weeks I was in Los Angeles to attend a wedding in the family. One of the places I visited while I was there was the Getty Museum. What a cool place! Here are a few of my fav shots.

Easter weekend

To all celebrating the resurrection of our Saviour, hope you had a blessed Easter.

We had a very relaxing weekend. A few of us went out for lunch to a place called The Watershed. Took a drive to the beach. The sky was soooooo dramatic and beautiful. And even had time to catch a movie!!

our snowy getaway

Last Christmas we went back to India after 5 years! Peter's parents were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect reason to travel. The state of Kashmir in the northwestern region of India was one of the many places we saw. Srinagar, the capital city is a picturesque valley situated in the Great Himalayas. We also went to another little town Gulmarg, which means Meadow of Flowers, and its a hill station and a popular skiing destination. And it was snowing!!! Yayyy!!! I have already posted a few pictures on Instagram, and I apologize if you have already seen them. More photos to come soon!

5 years

Five years! Seems like yesterday. And then sometimes it seems like we have been here forever. It was five years ago that we moved to Australia. Well, actually it would be tomorrow but then there is no 29th! 2008 was a leap year. Do we celebrate today, or tomorrow?
