When I saw the recipe for this upside down peach cake, I knew that I had to try. And this lovely family from our church gave us heaps of fresh peaches from their tree! Took it to our home group for supper and to celebrate my dear friend's birthday.

Love love love these cookies! And so does my husband! Ever since I saw this recipe, I knew I had to try it. Simply delicious! Did manage to take a photo before it all disappeared.
